چکیده
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap job satisfaction dan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), peran mediasi pada hubungan OCB. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 responden, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner karyawan Alfamart Team Coordinator I Surabaya, kemudian diolah menggunakan alat statistik SEM PLS menjawab hipotesis telah diajukan dalam studi ini. Hasil mengungkap bahwa memiliki positif signifikan satisfaction, tidak (OCB). Peran memediasi ditemukan full mediasi, sehingga temuan dianggap penting sebagai membangun konstruk
